This all metal belt buckle is made to the highest standards of screen accuracy and 501st approval. The rectangular buckle has a slight curve, horizonal brush strokes and is made from 304 stainless steel. The central greeblie is highly detailed made from 6061 aluminum. They are precision machined and are very accurate. This stepped code disc has a 'V' shaped groove around the two largest sized discs. The disc is attached with a rivet.
The buckle has rounded corners at just the right radius for screen accuracy. The buckle itself is about 67mm wide and 105mm long which is about 2 5/8" by 4 1/8" and has 1/2" radius corners. It can hold a 2" wide belt through the buckle. The buckle itself is 2mm thick stainless steel.
